Emma’s brother and sister-in-law, Karl and Leonie Eilers, owned the house and property behind and up the hill from the Estate house and Sea Cliff. While the estate house was leveled and parceled for homes, Karl and Leonie’s house still exists and has been lovingly restored. Provenance: Eilers Descendents Unsigned
